May 11,2021Fantastic service. Delivered as advised, 2 lovely gents dropped off the playhouse, they very kindly offloaded the flat packed parts in my back garden. Even though it says front of house delivery. Perfect service from start to end. Just need to paint and build it now. Hopefully that will go just as smoothly. Fingers crossed

Apr 16,2021I ordered a pool at the start of March, it stated that this item was on a pre-order basis and it would be back in stock within a few weeks. I was emailed by customer services about the charge of dates. My order was then put back again by another couple of weeks, again Madfun emailed me with the updated information. So a month goes by and I received notification that my order had been dispatched. I received notification from Tuffnells the delivery company telling me my order was out for delivery on Thursday 8th April and that delivery time would be anything between 8am-6:30pm. I was given tracking information but this didn't work, so after wasting a day looking out my front window still no delivery. 9th April yet another email from the delivery company stating that my order would be delivered today. I was in work so left a note on the door with instructions to deliver my parcel to my neighbours address. Delivery turns ups mid afternoon on a lorry with one driver and no lowering lift. It took 7 of my neighbours mostly women to lift 130kg box of the back of the lorry bless them 🤭. But joking apart my delivery should have been taken to my front door without the help of other people. On top of that a separate parcel was also missing from my Order. I called Madfun the next day to explain what had happened they was very disappointed and apologetic in the delivery side. I spoke with a lovely lady who guaranteed my missing parcel would be delivered the following day. It was. It's the first time I've used MADFUN but my hat goes off to you for getting me my pool especially with how things have been over the last year and hardly any big pools around to order from other companies. Thank you. And a big thank you to the girls at customer services. Bring on the summer 😁

Mar 29,2021Not great. Ordered a playhouse. It said 28days delivery on purchase. When the order was confirmed and I was able to arrange a delivery slot. The closed time for delivery was July !!! When I contacted the company they told me there was nothing they could do and that was the soonest that they could deliver the item. Definitely not ideal as it was supposed to be a present for my daughter and now she will not be able to use it for half of the summer.
