May 07,2020Friendly, professional service that delivered on its promises. I can't recommend Magna and Osman enough. We had sold our house in Spain and though it wasn't a huge amount it was all we would have for our retirement. While I had used another reputable money transfer company, they did charge a fee which was sizeable. It was nothing compared to what the Spanish bank would have charged just to deposit my own money and then transfer it. When my estate agent recommended Magna I was very wary, but I looked on here and read good reviews and took the plunge. I was called by Osman and from the start he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, professional and reassuring. My money is peanuts compared to some of the big deals they transact, but Osman treated me and my funds with respect as if I was a millionaire. He was knowledgeable about the market and had an ability to convey complex information in a straightforward, way, no hiding behind jargon, everything was explained. Neither did Osman patronise me. He made me feel important to the company. Because all this started at the beginning of the pandemic, Osman was able to secure a fantastic forward rate for me. Unfortunately we lost this as the buyers were not ready to move before this contract ran out. However, another rate was secured and I was happy enough with it. When the time came my money was transferred by my solicitor to the forward contract account. It was at this time that I was very anxious. What if the money just disappeared? What if I lost everything? It was a Spanish bank holiday so I had to wait over the weekend biting my nails. Magna emailed me as soon as the funds arrived and then Osman rang and confirmed they would transfer them. Within two hours it was in my UK bank account and I was a millionaire! Well not quite, but it was exactly the amount Osman had promised. I doubt I will ever have that kind of money again, but if I did I would trust it to Magna and Osman. These were difficult times for him and the team but despite this they remained professional and held my hand right until the end.

Apr 22,2020My first time moving a large (for me) amount of money back to the UK and I can't praise Magna too highly. From the initial phone call Saeed was in contact every step of the way. Given the unusual circumstances the coronavirus has put us all in it was a comfort to know Saeed was just a phone call away and that the time scale he had said initially was spot on. Would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Mar 20,2020We were referred to Magna Financial by our Spanish Lawyer dealing with our property purchase. We were apprehensive due to the amount involved and having never undertaken a transaction of this type before. However, Josh responded quickly to my initial e-mail enquiry, explaining the service they offered and the options available to us to help obtain the best exchange rate possible. He was always available to answer any questions we had during the process. At a time of great volatility in the financial markets due to the Covid-19 virus, we were able to secure an Exchange Rate which ultimately saved us over £8,000 on our transaction. I would have no hesitation using Magna again and would recommend.

Jun 26,2020What can I say, these guys came highly recommended. whilst new in the world of currencies I soon discovered its a spiders web, the current invisible enemy was not helping global markets this combined with Brexit all playing there own part in volatile market conditions. Saeed was without any doubt a shoulder to lean on, help,advise and from day one started formulating a plan of action. like most we only do these transfers rarely and the amount of stress that goes with them is massive. Saeed takes all this away and works his magic. forget currency platforms and other like minded exchanges these guys can get you some of the best rates in the market place. great communications, daily weekly briefings discussing markets and insights into future announcements which could ultimately also effect the markets/rates keeping you up to date and very well-informed. WELL DONE magna JOB DONE.
