Nicky seems to have a huge network that allows her to find the right bank for each applicant. Aug 05,2022I had a great experience working with Tracey and the MMC team. After I got her all the documentation, she took care of the complete mortgage application, taking everything out of my hands, whilst keeping me informed of the different steps. In the end, it was the easiest and smoothest part of the buying process! For me, as a first time buyer, and especially buying abroad, this support was worth gold. So I can only recommend the professional and friendly service the team offers!

Jul 29,2022MMC have been absolutely fabulous! Nicky, Kim & Tracey have been exceptional in getting us our mortgage. I was very anxious about it at times and they calmed me down and explained the process thoroughly to me. They helped us through each step of the way and even at the Notary when signing for the apartment they were there still offering advice and help. My advice to anyone looking for a mortgage in Majorca is to simply not look anywhere else apart from MMC if you want a wonderful service. It’s just a shame I could only choose the available 5 stars here as they really deserve 10 out of 10! Thanks so much Nicky, Kim & Tracey! We are so happy in our new home thanks to your help! I would recommend MMC time and time again! Fabulous!

Jul 10,2022Résident en Espagne et ayant trouvé un bien immobilier à acheter à Majorque, j'ai fait appel à MMC pour m'aider dans la quête d'un prêt immobilier. Grâce au travail de Jovana et de l'équipe MMC, j'ai obtenu un prêt avec de bonnes conditions. Au dela de cela, le processus d'achat en Espagne est rempli de rebondissements et d'aléas qu'il est quasi impossible de gérer sans une aide qui connait parfaitement les fonctionnements locaux, et MMC fût d'une assistance indispensable dans la démarche d'achat. Je ne peux que recommander très fortement de faire appel à eux!

Our purchase wasn´t a large property, and the entire transaction got severely complicated and delayed, due to a tenant not vacating the premises as planned. Nicky and her team are brilliant and clearly explained the convoluted acquisition process and helped us every step of the way, from helping to secure the best mortgage rate to attending the final compraventa meeting with us. They are very professional firm that made the whole process go very smoothly. We would definitely use them again.

From my first conversation with Nicky, where she explained the process, what would be needed when and, important points to consider as I made my decision I knew I would be in good hands. Once the offer was made, working with Jovana was a dream. We were in constant contact as she worked on my behalf. It was not the smoothest of processes but, she handled everything like a pro. I have recommended MMC already and will continue to happily do so.

From the moment I first spoke to Tracey, one of the lovely team, I knew we were in good hands and it was such a relief to have all their help, expertise and advice. With their thorough knowledge of the market they took all our details and documentation and secured us the perfect mortgage in record time as we were facing a tough deadline. At every stage they were calm, efficient, reassuring and thoroughly professional. They were always quick to deal with any queries and liaised constantly with our estate agent, the bank and solicitor. I cannot praise them enough and I am sure that without them we would not have our dream home in Mallorca!

Oct 22,2021Ohne Mallorca Mortgage wären wir auf der Insel beim Immobilienkauf verzweifelt! Ich kann es nur jedem Empfehlen sich beim Kauf einer Immobilie von Anfang an betreuen zu lassen!!!! Hier wird sich um die Abwicklung mit der Bank, Notar etc gekümmert und zwar mit tollem Einsatz gefühlt 24 h jeden Tag!

Oct 01,2021My wife and I were fortunate enough to be recommended Mallorca Mortgage Consultants by our estate agent after offering on a property in July 2021. From the outset we received amazing service from Nicky, Tracey & Kim. Once we had provided them with the required information they did the rest, working in tandem with our lawyer. The process was completely seamless to us back in the UK but any questions or concerns we had were addressed swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The valuation and mortgage approvals were completed very quickly and we were awed at their efficiency. When we arrived in Mallorca this week (Sept 2021) to complete on our property, Tracey was there to support us at Notary and Bank meetings (MMC had also arranged bank account openings on our behalf). It was so reassuring to have that support. Their level of service and commitment to clients is remarkable. We cannot thank MMC enough and would highly recommend.
