We encountered a number of unexpected obstacles during our property search and purchase, and the team at MMC navigated their way through them all swiftly and with expertise. Without their support, we would never have been able to complete the purchase of our new home within the time constraints we had. Jul 07,2021This is a wholehearted 100% recommendation to use MMC to get a mortgage in Spain. There is NO WAY we could have navigated the process in under two months without their valuable engagement. And you will never get financing at a cheaper rate than using MMC.

Jul 01,2021Jovana from Mallorca Mortgage was recommended highly and yet still delivered way beyond expectations. Firstly by find a better rate/deposit than expected. Secondly and most importantly, hand holding me through the entire process with timely information, responses and going above and beyond to make sure every step happened correctly (I don't think I could have turned up at the notary without her help). And, lastly, when difficulties arose urgently taking the job on to find a solution above and beyond what was expected and necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to work with again or recommend. In summary: efficient, extremely informative and exceptional service.

Being a non resident the process of buying a house can be very daunting but the team at Mallorca Mortgage were so helpful all the way through the process and made everything so much easier. Tracey went above and beyond to answer our questions, liaise with the bank, and make sure we knew what was happening at every stage of the process and made sure we got a great deal on our mortgage as well!

Nov 10,2020The team at Mallorca Mortgage recently assisted me with a mortgage application for Spain, which is a highly complex topic in this country. They were incredibly responsive and crystal clear with their information and instructions. They secured me the mortgage I needed, with the terms and conditions I needed, in record time. What I also found impressive was that the whole team were able to pick up my queries along the way (of which there were several, as well as many questions from my lawyer who was inexperienced in these matters in terms of process) irrespective of staff holidays or other absences. The team absolutely went well over and above the norm - excellent customer service as well as having a high knowledge base. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Nicky explained the various mortgage options and also gave us advice on the Spanish buying process as this was our first time buying a property in Spain. The valuation of the property was carried out 2 days later and we had a mortgage offer within one week. Nicky and her team also arranged our NIE numbers and dealt with the lawyers, notary office and selling estate agent. Everyone we dealt with at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy (Nicky, Joanne, Kim and Tracey) are all very quick at replying to emails and phone calls. From viewing the property to completing the purchase and getting the keys to our apartment was less than 2 months and would have been even quicker other than a 2 week delay on our part. First class service and took all the stress out of the whole process. Highly recommended.
