Nikki and her team (Kim and Tracey) are absolutely fantastic. A very professional company who made the purchase of my property so easy and stress free. They get you the best mortgage rates, they have great contacts for lawyers and currency exchange and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Would defiantly use again.

It’s a daunting prospect buying a property abroad but Nicky and her team took care of everything from opening bank accounts to sorting the legal aspect and even did a snagging list on the property so we didn’t have to fly over and waste money. Sep 07,2019Nicky did a brilliant job of talking us through the process of buying a house in Majorca and came up with a great mortgage deal. The completion of the purchase in a Notaries office in Palma with a cast of 16 people will be a day we will never forget. Nicky was there together with the bank manager. They do things differently here!!!
