Sep 24,2024First time of using Maran Window Cleaning. Was notified prior to the operative’s attending the property, both by email and text. They turned up as scheduled on the day. Very polite and friendly staff set to work using their equipment. End result was super clean window and frames including our 3 external doors. Very efficient and effective. Payment is by direct debit, paid automatically after the cleaning. Follow up email/text by the company to ensure I was happy with the service, had there been a problem they would have come back to rectify it. . I highly recommend Maran Cleaning.

Particularly impressed with the ‘can do’ attitude - no head shaking and sharp intakes of breath! Also, very friendly and efficient admin behind the scenes.

Aug 30,2024Maran cleaning came today to do my 12 weekly clean. As always my windows are sparkling and my property was respected. Alex came as well as a new chap named James who was super friendly and did a great job. I received an email a few weeks ago from Maran cleaning to explain that there would be a bit of a delay in the rounds and why. I thought the email was really polite and well written and they seem to be catching up quickly on the workload.

Aug 23,2024We booked with Maran cleaning back in March for 6 weekly cleans. We got our first clean in May however I had to call back and get them to come and redo the job as the windows still had mud on. They did return the next day after looking at images I sent and redo the job. During this time I also received an email announcing my price was going up however I’d only had one first clean and was awaiting a second. We’re now end of August and that is the only clean I’ve had after booking a 6 weekly clean. When I brought this up, Lydia said they’d been an error on there end and my next clean would be in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later and still nothing. The lack of communication is shocking and in 5 months we’ve only had one clean! I’ve cancelled with Maran and gone elsewhere who charges 1/2 the price Maran do and they’ve already been to clean within a week! Would not recommend.
