Dec 14,2023After using many different companies- some that dont bother turn up or quote alot of cash. I found Maran Cleaning on facebook was reluctant to try. They came out out when they said they would the windows were filthy but after Maran cleaning had finished I could see out of them and see the difference. I mainly have Alex attend my property to clean my windows. The notice via text and email that they are due following day is great as I know not to lock the gate so all windows get a good clean. He is thoughtful of the property, as I have a dog that likes to escape. Windows and the frames look so clean afterwards just have to do my bit now and do the insides! I have set up my regular cleans 6 weekly. If I need to cancel my clean for the following day its so easy. I do like it's a cashless service and just comes from the bank a few days after the clean has been completed. Highly recommend.

Oct 14,2023Beware of this company. Our experience with Maran Cleaning was highly disappointing. Despite thorough research and positive initial impressions, our windows were unfortunately scratched during their cleaning process. Despite providing evidence of the damage, Maran Cleaning denied any responsibility, insisting their advanced water fed pole system couldn't have caused the issue. They cited unsupported arguments and dismissed the visible horizontal and vertical scratches on our windows. A quick search of window cleaning forums surfaces companies discussing their own concern after damaging clients windows using the same system. Moreover, they were uncooperative, now ignoring our emails after refusing a refund for the subpar cleaning quality, which was evident from the accompanying photos. Their solution was a free reclean, but we declined after they failed to acknowledge the damage they had caused. As a result, we have to bear the costs of both window replacement and the inadequate cleaning service. Our experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and we share it with the hope that it guides others in choosing a reliable company for their property needs.

They are spotless and have never looked so good! We are really happy with the results and how professional this company is. I enquired about window cleaning yesterday, they replied with a quote and then organised for our first clean to be today. It’s been excellent and effortless, I will be recommending to friends and family.
