May 13,2022Ordered many times from MMB, this time has been the least favourable. Firstly,order was due on Tuesday,wasn't picked up, no one told me it wasn't coming on Tuesday, I had to message In and I was informed on the reply message which to be fair was fairly quick. Order came on Wednesday. All ok bar the chickens which were his "extra tasty and stuffed and covered in some sort of herb" I didn't order such chickens and they were severely squashed. When I contacted him re the chickens he replied " they are our extra tasty ones, very nice they are, nect time you order say you don't want them" No Mark, I ordered plain chickens, you have no right to send me what I didn't order, I've to buy from a shop now. I'm awaiting a refund, should be sorted today. Really he should have said he was replacing the 3 chickens with the " extra tasty" ones and I would have refused. Communication is the key.

May 10,2022Great value, great quality. Got the freezer filler, lamb joint was the best I’d had for years, chicken breasts are always tender, steak not fatty and full of flavour. Will be purchasing again once I’ve room back in the freezer!

May 10,2022I've only given 3 stars because when my delivery arrived it was a day late because of the bank holiday the ice packs were defrosted and some of the meat smelled a bit iffy so ended up throwing it out coz dont trust it.
