Apr 25,2021Over all meat was brilliant apart from lamb chops which was all bits and pieces. I will be ordering again if the delivery company can give more than an hour before delivery i was expecting information the night before so could sort out as being fresh meat. Would have been 5 star

Stated by the company to be delivered between 1 o'clock an 3 o'clock...although when it didnt arrive by 6 o'clock I called them let them know the package was perishable..the parcel finally arrived at 7.15 half defrosted..I also wasn't expecting the meat to be frozen..I had to throw half the order away as I didn't want to re-freeze half defrosted meat again..such a shame

Apr 13,2021The meat was describe as fresh but some items were frozen (and starting to thaw by the time the package arrived). The whole chicken was placed at the bottom of the box with all the other meat on top. The whole chicken was squashed flat and looked more like road kill. Overall not very happy.

Apr 13,2021A very good value offer. The meat is delicious. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the size of the joints and steaks, compared to what we have had from your mobile van (in Yate) and comparing it to the value we get there. The joints were small for a family of 5 so didn't quite get as many meals as hoped.

May 02,2021Service and delivery was excellent. The recent order was very good. One star docked only because as most steaks now are less tender than of old. But yours were the best we have had for many years and the prices are very reasonable, --- we will be back! Thank you.
