Bristos Service Department in Ipswich deserve the highest commendation. Alan Freeman and Samiul Moksud always look after me so well especially before my French trips. Alan always goes that extra mile and came out to the car to show me exactly how to fix those annoying light beam deflectors before departure. Samiul is relatively new and is highly efficient, polite and helpful. Thank you Bristos!

Wanted to thank Kings Lynn Volkswagen for making it such a pleasure to buy a vehicle from them. My sister (Gilda) was overjoyed with excellent customer service. Thanks for taking care of her.

Disappointing contact with the Marriott Motor Group. I contacted the VW dealership at Bury St Edmonds and had some questions about a particular vehicle they were selling. The sales guys sent me a video that was quite deceptive. Clearly integrity is not a high virtue for the selling staff, or at least the guy I spoke to. He also doesn't seem to have much confidence in his own product as his defence to my question was "Roof’s not working on convertibles is a common problem..."
