We were given plenty of information, lots of time to ask questions and the person at the clinic was just wonderful. He was a gentle giant of a man who put us at ease, gave us time, and explained everything, before going ahead, and gave us aftercare and explained for the future as we explained our future plans. A first-class service.

Jan 27,2025Received a call 2 hours before scheduled appointment to inform me that they did not have the specific vaccination in stock. The appointment was made at least 3 weeks before so to inform me 2 hours before and having to reschedule highlights incompetence, poor planning and inexcusable management practices.

Jan 24,2025Lovely staff, very quick and professional, reasonable prices. Only thing I’d say is I booked in for a flu vaccine which was an available option on the site but staff were a bit confused as they said they usually only do travel vaccinations. They were so kind however and gave me the flu vaccine anyway, so I think this is just a problem with communication between whoever controls the booking process and the clinic itself.
