Very Good - But needs a send button. I kept clicking the button under my comments which is a natural process, but it ends the conversation. Please move this button and in its place put a "Send Conversation" button. Overall the system works very well.

The web site was easy to use and I found the part I wanted without any difficulty, The materials were delivered within time and I also received a delivery time via the couriers which meant that someone was able to take delivery and sign for it. What more could you want.

Couldn't of been easier.. Found the item I required, placed the order at 23.00 hours. . Order was delivered 36 hours later and in the area of garden i requested due to nobody being in on that day.

Haven't installed yet but like the look of the product - door closer - it is solid but weighs ton so hope door up to it but that's not suppliers issue ! Good price, good info on website which is why I ordered ! Delivery excellent, on time with pre email notification of date and time slot ! If product performs as expected I'm a happy shopper !!!

Extremely good service for free delivery items. Well packaged they arrived in less than 24 hours from placing the order and I was advised by email the one hour slot in which they would arrive.

I'm very impressed with the quality of my key safe and the price I paid for it. I remember having to get one for my elderly parents when they were told to get one so that care staff could gain access to their home, but I paid a lot more for an inferior product. Thank you for the extra peace of mind.

Just received the Securikey mini vault safe after waiting only 3 working days. Best price we could find on the internet. Not yet installed, but the product looks very good. It is substantial (heavy!) but compact, ideal for our home security needs. Good product and good service.

Safe has paint chipped off one corner of the door and a small area bubbled off on the door surround. I'm disappointed this wasn't identified by the vendor. I only noticed this once I had fully removed the packaging and if I'm completely honest I am not going to go to the hassle of returning it for refund. I will sand down and touch in myself.

I was looking for a small safe for my valuables. Having identified the kind of safe I wanted, I googled the model and ADC safes brought up the (considerably cheaper price. Having ordered and paid on line, my safe arrived a few days later very well packed. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use ADC Safes again.
