Once I had assured myself the product was what I wanted ( digital door locks) I paid and received the goods the next day. Their Marketing strategy is excellent, they listened to what I said and as a result now sell a complementary product ( fire door kit) to go with the one I bought.

It was really easy to order just a couple of clicks and I didn't have to fill out all sorts of passwords and bank details. After receiving the goods needed to contact Mechlite with a technical question which they went out of their way to find the answer very good service

Jun 19,2014I ordered 4 post boxes off Mechlite for my office on Friday and by Monday I had received 1 post box. Delivery was fast however they missed out 3 post boxes. Got in touch with them and they had 3 to me the next morning before I arrived at work. Brilliant recovery. Good Customer service.
