We have been very impressed with the manner in which our order was speedily accepted and confirmed and a delivery date given. The price was very attractive and the free delivery was made even earlier than we had been led to expect. I called and asked for advise which was most helpful and accurate and I did as instructed advised the driver to call when near. The following day a card appeared in my mailbox telling me they had tried to deliver my gun safe. In the end I collect the item from the local TNT base on the second attempt after I collected a van as the box was attached to a pallet in the end it all got sorted but could have been easier if TNT had followed the instruction as I was only 2mins from my house when they first tried to deliver.
