Apr 13,2023Trousers were a poor fit for me. Nothing actually wrong with the garment however. Very poor returns service as buyer had to raise a return request with MedTree & wait for it. Pay for a secure return through royal mail and print a specific return label. Too much hassel. Great products for sale but the hassel of the returns service puts me off!

Superlative customer service/communication where e.g. A specific format of a product which was needed (and unavailable, literally, anywhere else) and they located and obtained it immediately (impressive!).
