Feb 06,2022On Friday 4/2/22 my partner and I arrived at 9.10am. My appointment was 9am and my partner's appointment was.9.19am. We were late to a torrential rain storm and flooded roads in Dorking causing delays. The nurse who administered the procedure was very rude speaking in a rude tone stating we were late. No other patients were in the waiting room. I was told to come back at 1pm or do the test myself. I have been to the centre 3 times before and always had to wait due to busy numbers. However I was made to feel unwelcome as we were late. The attitude of the nurse was below the standards required. This was not worth £70 for the service I had paid for.

Feb 06,2022This was a very convenient venue for us, the premises was bright clean and the staff welcoming. We arrived 10 minutes early for our PCR test which we needed for travel, but we’re seen straight away which was great and then we got the results at 16:30 which was much earlier than the midnight deadline. We were very impressed and would definitely use again!

Feb 05,2022Yes, we were disappointed. We do not know where the delay was whether Royal Mail, your receiving dept not sending on to the lab, or the lab losing it. We missed our flight to Zurich and therefore the connecting flight. We booked flights for the Thursday, a taxi took us and our luggage to a hotel where your report arrived. We’re both in our eighties, it was a worrying experience. We paid for an emergency test atHeathrow but the staff lost my reference and when eventually found the departure gate was closed. Feb 05,2022Used for COVID tests for necessary travel/mandatory tests, both lateral flow (LFT) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). More expensive than some rivals but (unlike others I have used) Medwyn Occupational Health is reliable, with certificates often being sent far faster than advertise. When advise has been needed or problems have been encountered, they have been dealt with speedily and satisfactory by email or instant messaging. The most major of these was that the company suddenly and for a period of time required all tests - including kits already sent out - had to be video supervised. This was only found by chance during a IM conversation and wasn't apparent on the website. Far from being an inconvenience, I was told tests that were not video supervised would not be given certificates regardless of the test result or the fact that different procedures were in place when the kits were bought and no notification of the change was sent or could be found on the website. Tip: Keep a look at the website and contact Medwyn for clarification.

Feb 01,2022While in Spain,we ordered online 2 lateral flow tests to be taken within 48 hours of our return to the UK.We were using an Ipad and, having posted my details,I was not prompted to complete my wife's,so I had to phone to ask why.Apparently,there have been similar difficulties for customers using Ipads to order these tests.
