Dec 26,2021I had booked my day 2 test with another provider, but they were very slow in delivering my test and I wanted the all clear for christmas day. A friend mentioned your organisation. I bookoed mt test for Christmas eve and I had the result, negative, that evening. Thank you very much!

Dec 25,2021Very good service, got the PCR results back first thing the next morning. They were great with the kids, making them feel relaxed. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting room as it got quite full and there are no windows but despite that we've been twice now and would definitely go back.

Dec 24,2021Excellent service throughout our visit. Used the online chat service to advise of a 5 minute delay in arriving. Greeted kindly at the door, at the reception and by two extremely friendly and understanding techniciens. The whole process was well explained (Day 2 PCR tests) and they were excellent with the children. We live near Paris and are not used to such good customer service! Received our results 24 hours later. Excellent service all round. Thank you!

Dec 24,2021We were travelling to the US and used the supervised LFT option. Easy to order tests and to book the video appointment. Libby was excellent, talked us through clearly how to take the test. Emailed certificate received within the hour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Dec 21,2021It was not clear enough on the website that in order to get a 'same day 12 hour result' you had to select an appointment before 11am. My confirmation of a 12 hour same day result booking at 12:10 said that it was a 12 hour same day result! Consequently I had to deliver the swabs to the lab in Bermondsey myself which took up most of my day. Disappointing. ** In response to your reply ** This is what my confirmation email says: What: Day 2 International Arrival PCR (Same Day Results by Midnight) When: Sunday, December 19, 2021 12:10 (10 minutes) Where: Medwyn OH, First Floor, Medwyn Centre, Reigate Road, Dorking, RH4 1SD You can surely understand how that is misleading. It specifically confirms that my 12:10 appointment will achieve a same day result, which is not the case.

Dec 21,2021Paid for a rapid 1 hour fit to fly test. Results were sent through via email which required me to enter my DOB to access my fit to fly certificate, when I tried to log in it failed as my DOB had been entered incorrectly by a staff member despite having this checked 3 times in the whole process. When I tried to call to get in contact with Medwyn to get my log in corrected I was on hold for 1.5 hours and still didn’t get to speak to anyone. It was lucky that whilst I was on hold I had emailed and put the subject as EXTREMELY URGENT, otherwise I would have missed my flight. They then proceeded to only agreed to a 50% refund for this terrible service. I would not recommend this service to anyone as they are not able to deliver on the product/ service they are selling. To top it off customer service is non-existent.
