My sister -in-law recommended Medwyn and our problem was gripped professionally and quickly resolved. The online consultation and test procedure were very well managed and the test results came back within the hour. An altogether brilliant outcome!!

Dec 05,2021I arrived 5 minutes early and was pointed to upstairs waiting area, receptionist politely checked me in and invited me to take a seat, the nurse came and got me and explained everything clearly, the test was painless and professionally done in full ppe and the nurse doing it was lovely to me. The form was simple to complete and the results were back promptly the same evening. Thank you all

Dec 04,2021My wife and I recently travelled to the USA and booked both our pre and post travel Covid tests with Medwyn OH. Both of these were done very efficiently and promptly by very pleasant staff members. The relevant certificates were also produced very promptly. I consider the charges also to have been very reasonable. I rate Medwyn OH's performance to have been particularly outstanding for our return tests. The requirement was changed from lateral flow to PCR while we were away. At very short notice, MOH arranged to change the tests and bring forward the appointments by a day. They charged us just for the incremental cost. My wife needed express processing as she had an important appointment the day after. She received her test results about 9 hours after the tests and I, with only the regular turn around, within 12 hrs. This was impressive and I shall certainly use MOH in future for travel related tests.

Dec 09,2021My partner and I booked our tests through Medwyn for travel. We had to move our appointments, which was very easy and we received confirmation emails for everything, which was great. I did my test with Libby, who was very friendly and helpful. She talked me through the test and process and gave some helpful advice. I received my certificate in about 35/40 minute. The process was so quick and easy, from start to finish.
