Jul 07,2022Last minute holiday that required LFT, which I thought needed to be monitored. I wasn’t able to complete the test until late in the day(7pm) Melissa was extremely helpful and offered to monitor the test from her home up to 8pm. In the end the test didn’t need to be monitored. Excellent service, tests were completed and results returned with about 30 mins (5tests) Would definitely recommend them, also very helpful on the phone if you need more advice or help.

Jun 18,2022Royal Caribbean kept changing what was required in the emails sent to us so we were concerned as to what was going to happen, fortunately I contacted Medwyn, spoke to a very helpful person who explained fully all that i needed to do, I arranged the date & time, and promptly on schedule we completed our tests online, and an hour later we received our results via email, the service, speed, reliability & customer relations, were excellent, my wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring Antigen tests, all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, plus a great price compared to some of the others we heard about.

Jun 17,2022I cancelled my appointment due to change in Covid rules. It WAS NOT clear when I booked that there would be a £20 cancellation fee for a £29 pound service. They are saying this is standard across the industry. SO it is your T&C's nobody else's.
