Your support team have been excellent and I was so lucky that Orchard Avenue Tudor Cottage became available during Black Friday week, with a generous discount. The house was really difficult to assemble. I couldn't lift the pieces but a friend visited twice to take over. The pieces should be labelled so we knew which was the base and which was the back. It took hours to partially assemble, more hours to dismantle it and rebuild it. It is a two man job, so many fiddly screws and no written instructions which would have helped. The diagram didn't tell enough. There was a mishap as the back we initially screwed to the front aperture, unable to tell the front from the back. The back fell and scored the tiled roof with an ugly white scratch, an accident at this end, but it is disappointing. Clearer instructjons would have avoided this. I am thrilled now it's up. There are tiny holes in the front door surround though we cant make out what these are for. My friend is a precision engineer and criticised minor irritations with the design. The shank F parts (studs) if coloured black would not stand out as the steel ones do. They are showing on the white section at the sides, where the brick effect would disguise them. His observations. I am just passing them on for the manufacturer. Thanks go to the Support team at Melody Jane for their genuine concern and attempts to help.

Nov 29,2023Llamé a atención al cliente para preguntar si la oferta de algunos carritos eran solo por el black Friday o los iban a mantener por más tiempo ya que estaba decidiendo por poco tiempo de embarazo, la chica me dijo que estaría hasta fin de existencias y cuando decidí comprarlo al dia siguiente el carro seguía estando pero sin oferta, me llevé una gran desilusion ya que ahora no puedo comprarlo, el servicio de atención al cliente debería estar mejor informado
