All the way through this process, Charlotte has been the most wonderful customer service person ever! She has answered all my questions, given me advice and has been a really lovely person all round. The dolls house kit is so carefully thought out, using quality materials throughout. Every item I’ve bought for the inside of the house has also been carefully considered and beautifully made.
