Seit dem Sommer reagiert der support auf keine email mehr. Wir haben unter anderem einen drei-armigen Leuchter bestellt, der leider kaputt ankam. Auf mehrere Reklamationsemails kam nie eine Reaktion. Bis dahin haben wir sehr viel bei melodyjane bestellt und waren immer hochgradig zufrieden. Dies gilt für die Produkte als auch für unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen mit dem support.

Very happy with the gold fish bowl. Very cute and will look lovely in my dollhouse. Only problem is, I am in the USA and it costs more for me to buy items. Will keep looking though.

I love Melody Jane. I regularly restore doll houses for people and I almost always get what I need from Melody Jane. Here's the thing, the range of products they have, including the basic building materials, is vast, and their prices are competitive. The last house I renovated cost "my customer" £167. I costed the items individually , which took about two hours. After this I went to Melody Jane and I got everything in one shop on the Melody Jane website. One delivery, rather than about ten parcels being delivered over a couple of weeks.

I purchased 2 3-arm LED chandeliers & 2 round ceiling lights for the working model Edwardian railway carriage my husband is building. The sticky backs of 2 of the magnets supplied weren't very strong. We discovered this when first a chandelier then a round ceiling light dropped loudly on the wooden carriage floor! My husband subsequently attached them with superglue. Also, one of the batteries supplied with the lights failed within 24 hours of delivery. Perhaps it had been sitting on the shelves too long? Luckily, we already had a supply of replacement batteries. Other than that, the lights are a perfect match for the originals in the full-sized version of this unique carriage & look very good inside my husband's scale model replica.
