I did just recently order a bed though that will require a dab of wood glue to hold it together, and although this is not a huge issue (because its absolutely beautiful), it is a little disappointing.

Jun 25,2022Having had an issue with my last order i decided to give this company one last chance with their Town Square Miniatures. On my order, in the message section, I asked that items be checked prior to dispatch but clearly this was ignored with parcel hastily packed and sent out next working day. I could not believe I had been sent another broken TSM item, a leg broken at base, and another with faulty paintwork putting me at the inconvenience of having to upload photos and answer questions like can it be repaired! I did receive a replacement for the broken item, but the other complaint they conveniently ignored. So sadly, based on my bad experiences recently, I will not be using or recommending this company again.
