Mar 24,2023The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I talked to a male staff member the first time I visited, who gave me the information I needed and answered my question about delivery. I then came back about a week later to order. The process was easy. I was kept up to date about delivery. The pavers were delivered as agreed, and the delivery man was efficient and place the pavers where I wanted. I was recommended Melton Stone and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others.

Mar 18,2023The sample we purchased took longer than expected to arrive but we must all expect postal delays these days and they are not the supplier's fault. However, when the tile finally arrived it bore no relation to the tile ordered in terms of colour. We ordered white but it was grey. I presume this was a labelling or picking error but irritating nonetheless. Melton have been very good about it and undertaken to correct the error.

Mar 17,2023I called in yesterday with my husband, and although cold and wet outside Matt came out from the warm office to help and advise us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Without pressure from Matt we chose the outside tiles. In the office we chose our indoor tiles. The prices were second to none. We could have had the tiles delivered asap, but as we needed a fitting date from our tile fitter we decided to leave them with Melton Stone to be collected/delivered at a date to suit us. There was no extra charge for our tiles being stored in their warehouse. Make Melton Stone your first port of call - you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Matt.

Mar 17,2023Ordered first time, a few damages, called unhappy and was explained how the haulers work + the tolerance with tiles, fab service overall - damage is always frustrating but not avoidable so was understanding, very well dealt with and just ordered more today as a result of the good service overall

Feb 22,2023Our experience with milton stones has been a very positive one from picking the right paving slabs to everything you need to know about the product, how to lay them, which product is best to lay them with ,they are very helpful any questions was answered any problems was sorted out straight away for example we had a couple of slabs that wasn't the same colour this was changed straight away, they have even put some aside just in case this happens again nothing is too much trouble for this company I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Apr 07,2023These comments are true to the situation that unfolded with this company & very upset by the fact they wrote & asked me to remove the review as they are a small company & bad reviews can affect their business. I rarely take the time to write feedback as would not have done so if the customer service had not been so awful. Ordered samples which were chargeable. Had issues paying for them through the website but finally managed to place the order. Not only were the samples not as described ie they were a different finish to the listing but one was missing. Contacted the sales team only to get a response that the samples had been delivered. Finally got confirmation that they hadn’t send the third sample due to limited stock & they would refund. It’s not a lot of money but 3 wks later still chasing as no refund and now ignoring my correspondence. Glad we didn’t go ahead & order as if this is how they treat a sample order can only imagine what a nightmare that would be if there was an issue with a proper order. Would avoid.
