Feb 03,2023From ordering the sample to delivery, service was outstanding. Ordered 2 pallets of Kandla grey porcelain at an unbelievable price (1/2 price sale). At this price I was expecting an inferior quality, not so. Each tile (900x600) is individually boxed so little chance of any breakages which was proved on unpacking. Special mention to Matt for his knowledge and patience when answering all my queries. If you're planning to lay porcelain tiles anytime soon, Melton Stone is the place.

Would have given 5 stars but the only thing let it down was no email notification of delivery. My husband had rang to arrange specific delivery day when he was off and yet slabs turned up a day early when nobody was home.

Jan 05,2023Tiles arrived damaged. The insurance team wants a specific picture showing all the damage in 1 photo (Birds eye view). That’s not possible as these tiles are 60cm by 130cm approx. More than 20 damaged. The person on the phone assured me he was going to ask the warehouse to wrap them well. No bubble wrap and all boxes arrived wet. When calling back Customer services said you should always expect around 5 to 10 percent damage. This was not mentioned on the phone call when ordering. No response from the damage team as of yet. Tiles are a good product and price was reasonable. Who’s to blame for the damage???. I don’t have a clue. Plus one tile has a thumb print on it. Unfortunately this was not spotted during the fitting process.
