Jul 03,2022We have just unpacked the last box and have noticed that there are several items missing - not sure if two boxes didnt make it off the truck - one box held items from upstairs at 6 alton avenue -bose radio -shapa scale -digital scale -small calendar books it was the box that was packed with last minute items the second box held items from the first floor -a second bose radio -a red and gold throw used as a chair cover and a 10' painters ladder - red and thats all i can specifically remember Davion was a consummate professional as were most of the crew from the first day - one crewmember was asking my father for a "big tip" as that was what they were promised. Another crew memeber - may have been the same one told my father that I had promised him the table saw (untrue) Here in Cherry Valley my husband was told that they were "going to get a thousand dollars for the move" as a tip. On this end the unpacking was done in a very hastily fashion with boxes that belonged in the house, placed in the garage. As my husband was helping unload the truck and trying to direct the men, he was not able to fully supervise the placement of the boxes.

Jul 01,2022I would have given them 5 stars but no one told me to empty dresser drawers so they dumped all our clothes into boxes before they would move the furniture. I’ve used Men on the move twice before and was told then to leave clothes in drawers so that’s what I did
