Might need spend some time understanding it but it didn't seem to stop the whole process above. So not a deal breaker.

The conversation with the agency was professional and using the app made it easy to upload all the necessary documents and saves you the stress of repeating sending the same document to different agency. I was able to upload my documents and share them with ease, and locum agencies got in touch with me rather than the other way round. I would recommend the site to any doctors looking for locum work. Jun 28,2022Makes applying to a couple of agencies simple, helped me to start looking for locum work. Did find that I still had to re-submit lots of information to the agencies despite it being available on Messly - not sure if this is down to the agencies themselves though.

May 09,2022A very good idea to have an app for this and relatively good user interface too! Managed to liaise with the agencies i needed to. It also allowed me to explicitly outline what i wanted. Overall a good experience. I wonder as it develops if giving feedback about agencies could be explored further so we could get a better idea of who the best agencies to work with are in a more specific way. e.g. Pay-issues, contactability etc. - Jordan

Jul 28,2022Messly gives the individual more control, it allows you to choose which recruiters match your needs. It’s essentially like a speed dating exercise but for locums and it’s helped me find a very good locum job. I also found the ‘documents’ section very useful, although some recruiters still ask for you to send the documents directly. Overall, it has definitely made finding locum jobs easier. The only pitfalls is that sometimes the recruiters essentially ignore what you have put on Messly once you start speaking with them directly.
