Sep 12,2021As an F3 doctor moving to a completely new area of the country, I had no idea which agencies to talk to, which hospitals I could work in, or what the process was. Messly made this very simple and straightforward. Within 3-4 days, I had 5 agencies make contact, and had received helpful advice from a Messly colleague (thanks Stefan), who continued to check in. The system allows you to book phone calls. The structure provided by Messly made me more confident about what to ask, and I actually turned down a provider based on that (again saving me time). If I could give 4.5 stars I would (I've rounded up!) as occasionally there's the odd bug (like even after you book a phone call slot, sometimes it prompts you to book another one with the same provider) but the platform still functions well enough. It also asks you to rate providers immediately, whereas it would make more sense if you rated them after you've started work - this is a feature I would like to see (i.e. being able to give agencies and hospitals star ratings after actually starting work). Messly's articles are also helpful. Would recommend and use again.

Sep 11,2021On the whole Messly was very easy to use, although I was a little disappointed that initially it said that my profile would go live at the end of April and that was then put back further to May as I was keen to start the ball rolling with registering with a locum agency even though I wasn't yet looking for work. In the end though, it resulted in me finding an excellent agency so I am pleased overall.

Sep 09,2021Great place to find a lot of jobs and agencies. You get to see job prospects and discuss options directly with multiple agencies, including rates and locations. Registration and compliance depends on the agencies you are dealing with but overall is quite straightforward. I definitely recommend Messly.
