May 09,2023Ordered and wasn't shipped for over a week. Then contacted and ONLY then told it was damaged so couldn't get it. A refund offered which was of no use really as we wanted it for our daughters birthday. Terrible service also. AVOID

Oct 28,2023Unfortunately my original purchase was damaged in transit. I was offered an alternative or a refund. I chose the alternative, which arrived promptly and was as described. Customer service was excellent and I would have awarded five stars had it not been for the issue mentioned.
