Oct 28,2022Very slow shipping and didn’t send genuine Samsung product as advertised. Poor quality imitation sent. Paid £3.99 for quicker delivery vs free delivery. Ordered 16/10. It arrived ten days later 26/10. Had searched online for genuine Samsung product including the product code. The one I wanted appeared on a Google sponsored Mobile guru advert including image of genuine Samsung packaging and words “Genuine Samsung galaxy”. Clicked that link and ordered that product. When it arrived it was a cheap imitation, not samsung at all and doesn’t hold your phone securely it in its grip. No phone number for company. Sent online request for refund yesterday. No response as yet. Would avoid this company. Update: Mguru have been in touch to say will refund so I will provide further trustpilot update once I see how this progresses. I’ve also asked for postage refund as their advert is misleading.

Jul 08,2022This earphones & charger adaptor was advertised as an original Samsung product. When it arrived, it clearly was not. It's kind of worked for a couple of weeks, although the sound quality wasn't brilliant. And now it's stopped working altogether.... I'm very disappointed with it & shall be requesting a refund. I did this and the company were very quick to respond and give me a full refund, so there Customer Service is good.

May 14,2022I found the company responded quickly to my emails, advised when returned goods had been received and replacement dispatched. The only reason for a star less was because a question I had asked in email was not answered but possible the person didn't know the answer? I would use again, fair prices

Jan 06,2023Supposed to be a smart view phone case but doesn't work and doesn't turn the phone off when closed. I thought it worked be better quality with the price but it's tat. UPDATED Admitted that they had made an error and fully refunded. Thankyou
