Feb 06,2020Sadly didn't deliver the product ordered, offered no refund. Did respond to complaint email but simply left a voicemail saying they couldn't supply the size required but I could keep the wrong one. I already knew that, I paid for it! Not an expensive item so not worth losing sleep over but won't use again. Update: I was contact by a polite fellow from the store, I was advised that I would in fact be receiving a refund. Which was areally nice resolution to the issue. Rating adjusted accordingly. Thank you.

Jan 09,2020Goods quality excellent and it also fits the long head stock of the epiphone Sheraton 2 which is a bonus, the case is reasonably padded but I’ve added a towel to protect my precious Gibson 335, the shipping took a while to arrive but I don’t think it was the seller’s fault, as the carriers managed to send it to the wrong dispatch hub, “not impressed “ so for this I’ve given a Four star marking
