Dec 11,2019Purchase was quick and efficient. My only complaint (and the reason I couldn’t give five stars) is that I didn’t receive an email confirming the order, which worried me initially. The delivery service kept me very fully informed, but I rather wonder whether my confirmation went astray, as it’s unusual not to receive one and the rest of the transaction was flawless.

Jun 25,2019Order for a keyboard stand arrived within the same week so great on that front. Also it was in perfect condition although the packaging was quite damaged so 10/10 for that too. The only criticism is that there was zero communication from them after the initial automated response to my order. I emailed after a couple of days to ask whether they were processing the order and when I might expect delivery and got zero reponse to that message too. It was just fortunate that I was at home when the package was delivered. Had it not been for that I would have made this 5 stars. I would buy from them again nonetheless.
