Aug 29,2023I paid for a digital piano without reading the delivery info on the website and, when I read it, it said the courier wouldn’t do steps. I live in a flat, so I rang Mickleburgh to cancel my order. They rang back shortly afterwards to say I could pay £100 and Mickleburgh would put the piano together in the shop and their own guys would deliver down steps. So I reinstated my order! The piano has just been delivered with great care and attention, I can’t fault the delivery guys. After the initial confusion was sorted, I’ve been delighted with the service and the piano is just fab. Very happy!
