Oct 04,2022This was my first order from Mickleburgh, they had all the items I needed, and shipped them within 4 days of my order. Unfortunately the courier company they used , let them down, and combined with the customs border between them mainland and Northen Ireland, it took a while to arrive. However Mickleburgh themselves, were extremly prompt in responding to e-mails. And have assured ud they have changed couriers. They were delivered in good condition and well packaged.

Sep 17,2022The item was out of stock but good communication about the situation, a refund or waiting for stock, was offered, and the ordered item was sent when back in stock. It was not needed immediately so I was happy to wait.

Aug 26,2022Need to work on turnover times. Paid £4 for delivery that took two days to be processed (site said 'in stock'), collected by courier and will now take another 3-5 days to arrive. Shockingly slow service in a competitive sector.
