My consultation left very optimistic and the follow up treatment appointment shortly after was fantastic, Quick and with precise direction for me to take care at home after my procedure. Aug 03,2024Experienced onset pains about 5 weeks after op. Had not been called back for check up and they seemed reluctant to see me... trying to fob me off with eye drops. Finally got appointment and the exam was cursory... yes the replacement lens was fine but they never looked at the 'point of entry' for the operation to see if there was any problem eg, scarring which was causing the pain.... Never really resolved but am getting support from optician plus a referal back to main eye hospital.

Aug 02,2024From the moment I met Dr Phagura I felt completely at ease and this feeling continued throughout my consultation and the two cataract operations he performed The staff at the clinic were friendly and extremely competent. I couldn't have had a better outcome, both eyes excellent vision. The operations were quick and painless and Dr Phagura even rang my home later to see how I was. He has a wicked sense of humour I would certainly recommend this clinic

I was treated with courtesy and respect by the reception and nursing staff and the doctor, who dealt with the laser treatment I was diagnosed to need there and then, was thorough, professional and kept me informed of what I needed and what he was doing.

Aug 01,2024Having had cataract replacement a few years ago I need Laser YAG treatment. Midland Eye treated both eyes with excellent results. The procedure takes about half an hour, 29 minute of which is waiting for tge eyes to dilate following the application of eye drops. The actual laser treatment was painless and took only seconds.

Jul 07,2024I can’t recommend this place highly enough, I feel we are very lucky to have this in the Midlands. Dr Shah, the wider team, the service overall, the follow up and the results following my CXL and laser eye surgery procedure have all been exceptional. I wish I’d visited them years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jul 03,2024I'm amazed at the improvement in my vision since having surgery at Midland Eye Clinic. I no longer need glasses for driving & colours appear more vibrant than pre-op. Definitely reccommend treatment here and thank you Mr Dong Park and colleagues for your care before, during and after surgery.

Oct 01,2024I received excellent treatment at Midland Eye. After a cataract operation on my right eye 3 years ago the lense had unfortunately misted so I was advised to have YAG laser treatment it only took 5 minutes and the result was amazing the consultant and receptionist and nurse were lovely I felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend Midland Eye to anyone who needs a procedure or treatment.
