Sep 09,2023We ordered a bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top. It's got lots of storage included and my kids are in love with it. My main concern in getting bunk beds was safety, and this has a good high rail at the top, clever side stairs (rather than a ladder), and built in handles. The two guys who did the installation had it up in about 25 minutes and were really professional. Thanks!

From the moment of placing my order to the delivery of my boys bunk bed i was satisfied with everything, from the quality and design of the bed to the timing of the delivery and most of all i was really pleased with their communication. Every time i got in touch i would get a respond right away or within the same day! Any concerns or adjustments i had would be to dealt with! Thank you so much for bringing joy to two young boys that have been waiting for a bed with a slide for a long time!🙂🌹

Aug 31,2023Thank You MK Furnishing we love the bed the quality and attention to detail is perfect!!😍 i love the fact the draws under the bed don't sit on rollers to slide open and close as sometimes the rollers get damaged and break due to kids leaning on them when opening and closing so really pleased with the way they are designed keeping kids in mind. the paint work and the fitting is faultless the guys who made the bed were on time and were very professional. our triple bunk bed with bookshelf really stands out due to the quality and makes the room perfect 👍🏼 The gifts at the end are a wonderful gesture and surely makes a child's day the quality of the gifts are also amazing☺️ can't wait to place another order soon 😍

Aug 29,2023Great experience. We ordered the triple bunk. The kids absolutely love it. I feel like the guys have thought of everything with their design. We ordered the bookshelf in between and i would highly recommend this so that the kids can see each other and handy to put night lights on the shelves. Great storage options with the steps and drawers under each bed. Expensive bed but it's a great quality. Delighted so far. And the guys were great and helpful throughout. We're located in Cork and it was installed within a few weeks of ordering but the lead time expectation had been set from the start.

And the reason i gave this review was that although I understand today is Saturday and you dont work on weekends, but even during weekdays your phone keeps going to voicemail after many rings. And the delivery timing i also understand i should have checked before ordering. But i have no complaints in regards to that. I just said that it is too long for me. I did not say that it shouldn’t have been that long. Nor do i have any complaints in regards to your product. So i have not been unfair in my review of you not answering the main phone number stated on your website. Because sometimes one has questions about their order to which you do not have the answer on the website and therefore a call makes it easier.

Aug 16,2023We ordered a triple bunk bed at the beginning of the year and a week before it was due to be delivered and built we found out the house we were renting was getting repossessed and we had to find a new house. Customer service was amazing, although they couldn’t cancel the order they gave options on what we could do. We decided to get the bed delivered and rearrange assembly for when we had moved. When we got a moving date I rang again and explained the situation and they offered a date to when they could come assemble the bed however it was a while after we moved in so we decided to viols ourselves to get our boys settled into the new home. They offered support around building the bed and said we could ring if we got stuck with assembly and they refunded the assembly charge immediately after the phone call. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and very understanding. The bed is amazing quality and it looks fab and the storage is very useful. My boys love it. I would definitely use MK furnishings in the future.

Aug 16,2023I'm very happy with the whole process of choosing a triple bed for my daughters. I got all help and advice through the live chat (Kyle)when making the purchase and I was also given a 25£ off coupon and made sure to that I received the best value for the price I paid The bed was delivered roughly 6 weeks after order eventhough I was told it can usually take up to 8 weeks. The two lads that assembled the bed were very knowledgeable, friendly and finished the job in around 90mins. Beds are very good and strong. The girls are delighted Overall, I would recommend MK furnishings to anyone

Aug 10,2023Absolutely over the moon. The quality is fantastic. Their customer service is above and beyond. I genuinely would recommend this company if you ever want bunks. Just give them a call and they will do everything else. Would also recommend paying a little bit extra for them to assemble the beds as it can be difficult with very excited kids running around 😂

Aug 09,2023Love the triple bunk, I was looking for this sort of bed for ages and found this 1 but I kept putting it off thinking it mite not be sturdy enough or have enough head room on the 2 bottom bunks for my daughter who is the size of a teenager, but in the end I gave in and got it and I’m so glad I did, the kids love it.
