Kids delighted with the beds. Guys were quick with the assembly. It would have been nice to be warned there would be a lot of packaging and that we were responsible for its disposal. Also as we got a cancellation our beds arrived much quicker than expected, which was great, but I think the company then forgot to advise payment options for the balance, which they insist on being paid before they leave after assembling and there isn't a credit card payment facility or a euro cash payment facility. An hour's notice of payment requirements and options could have saved last minute stress for everyone. Delighted to see they now advise people of the payment options! Almost 6 months after installation kids and adults still delighted with the triple bunk!

The service right from the start of the process was first class. The triple bunk beds are of an excellent quality and my grandsons are absolutely delighted with the. The built in storage in the drawers and the steps is very useful.

I ordered a triple bunk for my children .. they communicated brilliantly especially through covid ... they came and was fitted professionally and they were so friendly. I would highly rexcomend them the quality of the beds are amazing and will last a lifetime ..

Ordered a castle bed for my daughter and the bed was delayed 4 times and then it was rushed. The paintwork was really bad and they didn’t sand the wood down properly so my 3 year old ended up cutting her leg. Customer services was the worst part for me telling me how my bed was worth £2000. I asked them to collect the bed and they did this at their convenience (7am in the morning it was booked for) but then phoned me and told me they were coming earlier (didn’t ask). Fitters were lovely however the bed was left with holes due to mistakes. When they collected the bed they peeled off all the white stickers that were covering the screws and threw them on the floor. I am very disappointed and I’ve decided against buying a castle bed for my daughter. I wish I could add photos!

We are so pleased with our beds and the service that was provided. They went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with our bunk beds and even came back a second time to rectify a mistake. I was very impressed.

Fantastic company 🙏😁 Great customer service and attention to detail is second to none, both kyle and jack went above and beyond to ensure my kids got a fantastic bed that was just right for them, choosing MK furnishings maximised the space in the kids bedrooms. Delivered straight to my front door and assembled by thier very well mannered fitters. This service alone was completely effortless for us. These beds or handmade and designed to your pacifics and designed around what you want for your kids and finished very high standard I would recommend these to anyone one very happy customer... If considering one of there beds id say go for it you will not regreat it
