price went up since last year its 29.00 and renewed instantly only had to wait 1 min for the Emailed PDF
I tried to renew my card in July and up my allotment. They took 199$ and 1 dr video called me and then nothing. My app jist sat there. The 1st week of Aug i called. My application was jist sitting there no 2nd dr nothing. I asked them to just renew what i had and refund the difference. Its now the middle of aug no refund no card no nothing. When I called i wasnt allowed to speak to supervisor or accounting dept. Very angry they took my money. I do not recommend to anyone. When you call they treat you like you are stupid and did something wrong when they did. Go elsewhere.
So I placed My order around July 7th, So I did get approved a couple weeks went by didn't recieve anything in the mail almost a whole month and still nothing I tried emailing support and tried contacting them through the direct number still no answer ... save your money and don't get scammed
It works but there are some areas for improvement. Invite for dr meeting says nothing about what to do (they will call you, and just be available to answer.) If you log into a paid account, there is not a single way to contact them, open a ticket, or anything. In fact, it wanted me to sign up all over again and pay more the second time. Dr. called but was twenty minutes late. Once we got to this point it was easy and simple. I tried calling, emailing multiple places, finally found a phone number on the main site, not logging in, and left a message that I had feedback to improve their service. I did finally speak with someone, but they were not interested in changing anything. I don't think I will be returning. read the other reviews and see for yourself
These people are a life saver! Easy to use website and good communication! This is my second year with them!
Signed up and was charged $90. Was told I would get a call that day. After two days went by I reached out by email and was told my file is in pending waiting on a doctor review and they would nudge the doctor. Another few days went by and they said again oh we will nudge the doctor do we have the right number? It was the correct number... Now they wont even answer my emails. Not sure what went wrong. I was pretty skeptical from all the reviews stating this, and that seems to be more of my experience than the good reviews list here. I haven't cursed anyone out just politely kept asking what the status was. Even with my refund I politely asked for a refund. I'm a little worried they require a SSN though. Even worse I have had a medical card for 3 years now. I just needed to renew it. So its not like I am a new patient you have to submit all this stuff on.

I need help. When I applied I paid at the same time and I keep getting emails saying I need to pay again. Why is this? What do I do? Please help!
The doctor was extremely nice and helpful! Just wait longer than the actual time they give you for the appointment just in case.
So far I had my appointment and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours until I received my approval letter. I reached back to the number that the doctor called me from and he told me that I needed to speak with customer service. I have not heard anything yet, I am hoping before I have to write something negative that that they will take care of it. Please help, Thank you
Update: so I received a reply telling me that they emailed me and I would be denied and deleted because of my review on this page. This is odd to me because I literally 1-was completely willing to update this to a positive review if they communicated more and 2- the entire issue for me was that I did not receive Any communication after completing the forms and giving them money. Not even a thank you for completing the intake we will get back to you in x amount of time. And so like I said, this is disappointing from a business I was hoping would be a great and professional experience. Previously:I had so much hope for using the mmj website but it’s very vague in process and there is no communication. I trusted it because of trust pilot and the rating but I received No confirmation email or a page to make an appointment or anything else after completing the application and then taking my money. When I check the “orders” on my account it says status “pending” and “invalid date”. If I don’t receive any contact I will be putting a stop payment on this. You don’t run a business and not contact the consumer on the process or delivery. Idek if they are doing the medical process for the doctors in addition to the certification or if they just do the certification in which case using them at all feels pointless.
I'm reading reviews and starting to think I'm having issues with the state form. It's been a couple days and I keep getting told to be patient. Possibly should have used another site. We shall see....update to come.
Edit: I called again and was finally sent an email so I could get going. I'm very grateful. I paid, and my doctor never showed up for the video chat. He called me over the phone and the call was less than three minutes. I got an email saying I was approved and to wait 24-48 hours for my email that would give me instructions to apply to the state and also the temporary virtual card to print. It's been five days and I haven't received anything. I tried calling their customer service line, it just rings with no answer. I tried emailing support. No answer. I have no way to get in touch with them and it's clear they're not sending anything so I'll have to do a charge back on my card. I'm super disappointed.
It was quick. It’s was ez. Dr called same day. I knew I was approved before I got off the phone , with the dr.
They help me right away get my medical card. Spoke with a provider the same day great service
The doctor was 50 minutes late and ridiculed me for my age. I would NEVER go back. I would give 0 stars if I could

got scammed by them. They pulled the $150 from my account, I did the video chat as an appointment, sat on the call for over an hour and nobody showed up. “All providers are offline” Reached out to customer service twice and no replies. Surprising because I see all these good reviews so maybe they somehow get the negative ones deleted, definitely do not recommend them.

Apr 22,2023so embarrassing. going as a first time patient didn't know what to expect. saw the time frames for the calls were each five minutes --knew this industry moved us along fast but didn't try to judge anything based off that alone. doctor was so short and curt with me. cut me off when I wasn't sure how to explain a question. advice to those who use--keep it short. they don't give a fart about what you're there for. they'll approve you instantly so just say hi I have anxiety and that's it. 28 seconds later and the call is over! just came to write review. haven't even dealt with supposed wait times and approvals being an awful experience too. I will probably not be renewing with these guys if I'm able. yuck. gonna need to medicate to wash this nasty feeling off.
