Dec 19,2024Whatever little apprehensions I had about pre-owned & refurbished mobile Phones that went away primarily with the experience I had with Mobilegoo via their technical head Mr. Sahil. He was so very patient during the whole process of mobile selection. I initially cancelled the purchase of a pre-owned mobile but Mr. Sahil never showed any dis-respect, in fact he helped in selecting alternate models understanding my needs and budget. Finally I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6s and Iam looking forward for it to be delivered. A big, big thank you to Mr. Sahil for making the whole process so seamless. I will definitely recommend Mobilegoo and personally will come back as a customer again! Cheers.

Nov 12,2024Recently I had ordered an I Phone 5S through Mobile Go as it was one of the sleek and the best model Apple had ever launched. Based on the reviews given I went ahead and purchased the phone and to my surprise, they have sent a faulty piece which has multiple issues like ( restarting, Freezing of the screen, Touch being unresponsive) and when i called the support number there is no one to guide and finally after threatening them to take legal action then some useless guy calls and asks me to send the unboxing videos and and after that there is no response for next 2 days, again after warning them the guy calls me and tells me to send back the product so we can check the same, when i told them i want replacement or refund they say that there is no refund or replacement and says that I have not unboxed properly( I don't understand the relationship between unboxing and the phone being faulty unless there is a physical which is not the case. These guys are a bunch of cheats who are doing unprofessional and unethical business. Please do not buy from them. I am going to put this in all social media platforms, this is not a question of Money it is a question of ethics.

Nov 11,2024Hi! I received a solid phone wonderfully packaged, and am happy with it! There is a minor scratch on the back lens, however, I accept it, and everything else so far is working well! The communication with the Mobilegoo agents at first felt a little sketchy to me since I couldn't see any official business marks on their numbers on WhatsApp. But I quickly learned to trust the callers since they all started with the same first six digits. I believe a more official endorsement, like official business accounts, and formally correct English for those requiring that language could help customers feel more confident in the company! The agents have been very apt - though some confusing - and I am thankful for their assistance. And thank you so much for the wonderful, sustainable Refurbished Movement! I am inspired by the packaging.

Nov 06,2024Bought an iPhone 12 Mini - 128GB - Superb Condition. Got the device in an excellent condition. Almost like a new one. Battery was having some draining issues but after hard resetting the device and calibrated the battery properly, it's like a new one. At first, I was worried about delivery as it took quite some time to dispatch and have some issues with the courier.

I bought an iPhone from them in "superb condition" with a battery health of 89%, but it hasn't even been 15 days, and the battery health has already dropped to 83%. They manipulate the battery health percentage to make it look better. When I called customer care, no one answered the phone. Please don't waste your money with them!
