The customer executive are really great and supportive and ready to resolve issue at earliest. The constructive feedback which I like to give is upload the images of the original mobile which displays on their website which will help the customer to check appropriately as well as delivery tracking information should be more up to date.

Oct 30,2023I bought OnePlus 10 pro from mobile go after using 1 week I am getting some problem my battery automatically drained 90 to 10% without using the device when I complained about it in mobile go customer service they giving me lame excuses like I didn't used orginal charger that's why my battery drained after that I use orginal OnePlus changer again getting same problem they are refused to give me refund or replacement also it's hard to connect customer service representative please don't buy from this website

Oct 02,2023First of all they don't know how to analyze and review the phone while picking up from customer. Secondly, the person who has came to pick up my phone, he is not responding to my any of the questions and showing a lot of attitude. He is feeling like he has manufactured this phone and he knows everything. Most important, they are asking me to capture the video of mine while selling my phone, this is ridiculous and worst. I have given my phone bill which says my current address everything. This is not a safety place to sell your old mobile. Please be careful and aware before you sell your phone to this persons..
