The Moco museum in Amsterdam wants to make a wide range of modern art, contemporary art & street art, like Banksy, available to the general public.
Super fun exhibition, great selection of different contemporary styles.
Lovely little museum with some very interesting pieces.
C'était une belle découverte
Had a unique experience.
A smallish yet exciting museum. With some stunning works, with the Andrés Reisinger films the best of that art form I’ve ever seen. Dreamily fabulous. I’d exhibit fewer Robbie Williams pieces as too many makes them look pedestrian.
Ik deed er 20 minuten over….. Toeristen val
What a waste of money ! NFT’s are’nt Art and are’nt valuable! They are a spoof ! Also nothing immersive about this exhibition I’m afraid
Would not recommend. Was Here last week, payed 40 euro’s for online tickets. Went with my 12 yr old. The ticket girl was the first person to greet us inside and she was so rude… It had nothing to do with art..low energy place to make instagram pictures. The rude and arrogant attitude from staff is palpable trough out the whole “museum”….. sorry MOCO…sell your collection to the Stedelijk and become a bad coffee place or something… Wachttijd Geen wachttijd Reservering aanbevolen Nee
happy with the experience!
Moco Museum is a unique museum with refreshing modern and contemporary art with both prominent and new names. I absolutely loved the Banksy, Basquiat and Warhol pieces! But my favourite has to be the digital immersive art they have-the diamond matrix and the exhibition by Six N. Five 😍😍 They were showcasing an exhibition by Robbie Williams which is about his mental health and not his music and it was so relatable and actually made me chuckle. The staff was great and the location is perfect at museum square. Even the museum building is a cute old villa. Would totally go to the other locations and Barcelona and London and fully recommend!
I was slightly disappointed, I felt their Amsterdam museum had a better collection of work. I am very keen to support the arts but the price of the ticket was too high.
Very poor experience. The tickets are expensive for what you get in return. If you want to waste your money and time head over to Moco. 1/5 Terrible, there are many better locations for a fraction of the price. I found the staff to be rude. Most of the artwork was so hard to see because of the large crowds they let in. Whoever organized this needs to be fired!
Very expensive for what it is, especially when you have so many fantastic art museums so close. Zero accessibility Snotty staff Pretentious overall
Very expensive, packed with people, not a lot of art just don't go
