Feb 28,2024It was not really worth the money. The building self was the most nice thing. I don’t recommend this museum . It was loaded with people. To see banksey it’s better on the street.i did not had any expectations of the art but it was a lot off money for the entrance. I think I was misled of all the moco advertising. Now I know how more advertising how less interesting. Later that day I went to the stedelijk museum and that was so good

Feb 24,2024Bonjour nous sommes allés visiter le Moco muséum de Barcelone. Le musée se trouve dans un quartier très agréable « el Born ». Nous avons apprécié les œuvres exposées ainsi que le contraste entre le bâtiment et la collection. Belle découverte

Feb 19,2024Wat een enorme tegenvaller is dit museum. Vooraf tickets besteld en een tijdslot gereserveerd, maar de crowd control was zo slecht geregeld was, dat het zo druk in het museum was dat het onmogelijk was om van de kunst te kunnen genieten. In art we trust my ass. Dit gaat gewoon over zoveel mogelijk tickets verkopen ten koste van de ervaring voor de bezoeker.

Feb 19,2024Toersistenfuik Desondanks vooraf geboekt en betaald tijdslot zweterig druk. Onze (te) grote plu kon zelfs tegen betaling niet op ons wachten in de garderobe. De plu vond dat prettig, wij minder. Het kunstaanbod was leuk maar in verhouding tot reguliere musea wat minder. Kaarten zijn duur en museumkaart biedt geen voordeel.

Jan 05,2024Heel slecht georganiseerd. Je moet een tijdslot opgeven. Ter plaatse maakt het tijdslot niets uit, iedereen kan naar binnen. Het was echt walgelijk druk. Je moest je ellebogen gebruiken om iets te zien. Het lijkt me een zeer brandgevaarlijke omgeving. Hiervan zal ik melding doen bij brandweer.

Dec 31,2023My worst ever art gallery/ museum experience ever. They let far too many people in. The museum is small with many small rooms and far too many people. It is impossible to enjoy the art and reflect with crowds three rows deep and all jumping in front to take insta photo’s. This is most definitely not how art should be displayed and enjoyed. The price is a rip off at €25 compared to other galleries and museums and there is not that many pieces to see, let alone the space and peace to enjoy it. Terrible. Don’t do it people. This gallery is only focused on making money.

Nov 11,2023Het museum is veel te klein voor het aantal bezoekers wat wordt toegelaten. Je moet over de hoofden heen de kunstwerken bekijken, en ga dan de info over de kunstwerken maar proberen te lezen in een veel te klein lettertype. O ja en ook nog in het Engels je moet je dan wel even concentreren en dat is onmogelijk in die drukte. Jammer! Wij kwamen ook voor Keith Haring en daar ging maar 1 kunstwerk van. De winkel had meer!

Mar 27,2023Dit is geen museum, maar een bijna perfecte toerist trap. Van oorsprong een galerie, en dat is het in feite nog steeds. Er is niets tegen ondernemen en flink geld verdienen. Maar alleen al de schijn van misleiding vraagt om verheldering. Zie de overwegend negatieve reviews van andere teleurgestelde en ronduit boze bezoekers. Oproep aan Moco: wees open en eerlijk. Laat de titel Museum weg.

Feb 19,2023Er worden veel te veel mensen binnen gelaten en iedereen loopt met jassen/tassen langs alle kunst. Ik zou dit aan niemand aanraden en kom niet meer terug. Stond na 20 minuten weer buiten.

Feb 02,2023Not worth the money, at all! A tiny house packed to the seams with people, you can barely move around or see any of the exhibits. Even when you do get to see an exhibit it's less than exciting. Perhaps the most notable artist in there is Banksy, however, as a person from Bristol (where Banksy originated), it seems silly to pay the amount of money that I did to see a few pieces of his work, especially when I can walk around the streets of my hometown and see twice as many pieces of his work for free. There are also absolutely no facilities for those visiting. There is 1 toilet for the entire place. Luckily there wasn't a queue when I needed it, however, I can imagine that most of the time there probably is a queue for the only toilet on site. I suppose the main thing people go for is the visual exhibits, but even this was really disappointing. There is only 3 in total and 2 of them aren't even that good, in my opinion. The only one that sparked any interest was the mirrored room with diamonds, but even then this doesn't justify the price. Overall, if it was free I'd go. If it cost even 1 euro I wouldn't bother, let alone pay what I actually did! This is a huge embarrassment to Amsterdam's museum 'scene' in my opinion as everywhere else I've been has been well worth the money. My partner and I only spent 30 minutes in Moco Museum, in this time we saw everything it had to offer. We expected this to take at least a couple of hours, but after our disappointing experience, we decided to try Body Worlds instead, which I can say was much more worth it and a really interesting experience. Not to mention the body scan you can do (for free!) was a great extra!

Oct 03,2022De kunst die wordt tentoongesteld is erg mooi, maar weinig. De kamers zijn erg klein en er worden te veel mensen tegelijkertijd binnengelaten. Voor elk kunstwerk staan mensen te poseren waar je dus elke keer op moet wachten wil je er echt iets van kunnen zien. Wij hadden een tijdslot via internet geboekt, maar blijkbaar werken ze niet met tijdsloten. Als je aan komt lopen kan je gewoon direct naar binnen. Hierdoor dus erg druk. Wij stonden na precies 20 minuten weer buiten. De prijs van €20 per persoon vind ik echt te veel voor deze ervaring, helaas.

Sep 15,2022Mooi gebouw en museum biedt mooie kunst. Ze werken nog steeds met tijdsloten daarom verwachting dat het rustig was. Helaas is dit niet het geval, mensen worden boven gestuurd en andere groepen moeten beneden beginnen, geen controle, dus niet iedereen luistert hiernaar. Veel te warm binnen, ventilators doen lucht circuleren, dit werkt niet: er viel iemand flauw. Conclusie: ticket redelijk prijzig voor wat je krijgt en commercieel gevoel niet uitgesloten. Hopelijk neemt Moco feedback mee.

May 01,2022The museum is much smaller than it looks on the pictures. It is mainly advertised for its interaction rooms ( with all the lights and multimedia), but in reality these rooms are only 3 or 4 max and you can’t take a proper picture because there are so many people (even early in the morning). It is rather disappointing BUT if you are really keen on modern and pop art, you might enjoy it more. Additionaly, some art works were replicas which is a minus for me.

Mar 13,2022Too busy, too warm, too packed with visitors. For 19,50 I was hoping to enjoy the marvellous collection, but impossible. A max. amount of persons per hour would be nice, or is it just about charging the entrance?

Mar 13,2022Door de drukte niet kunnen genieten van de werken die er hangen. Iedereen loopt met jas aan (geen garderobe) door elkaar (geen looproute) en we stonden na 30 minuten weer buiten. Ik hield er een commercieel gevoel aan over wat tegenstrijdig is met de kunst die er hangt, jammer!
