Mar 10,2023I love the clothes! They are my favorite. The wait time can be a few weeks to a few months but if you reach out to them they will send you tracking numbers & keep you in the loop. If they run out of inventory you can choose a new item. I recommend!

Mar 10,2023The snow mountain windbreaker was nice, but there are a lot of loose threads. My own experience with the customer service was quite poor as it took a lot of effort to trace my package from the local courier due to lack of information. They were also quite slow in responding as well as updating me on the shipping. So this could’ve been better. Generally, really disappointed by the quality of the product as there are many loose threads in the sewing, and it wasn’t as advertised in the display and model.

Mar 08,2023Almost everything you can find on Madokawa you can find for much cheaper on Yesstyle for the same quality. However, I waas tempted to take advantage of their flash sale offers, yet even though my order was over $89 dollars and should have qualified for free shipping the shipping came to a whopping $500,000?! In what world would shipping cost that much for a mere ten clothing items? I wish I could attach screenshots to this because you truly have to see it too believe it. Obviously, I did not buy anything. What a waste of time. Just use Yesstyle instead.

Mar 06,2023They had items listed as free, and once you go to checkout your shipping price is expensive even though they say on their site that shipping is $10. Absolutely has to be a scam site.

Mar 04,2023Ideally I would have rate 3.5 stars. It only allows whole increments. I've ordered from them several times over the last 4 years. Everything I've ordered has always shown up, but the quality is really hit or miss. The jacket I bought in 2020 fit well, but the material was thinner than I expected and the lacing unraveled easily. The fleece lined leggings in 2021 were so good I decided to get another pair. The quality remained when I bought them again this year. However the dress I bought this year doesn't even look like the photo. The fabric is pretty but the color is way off of what was displayed online (More than just monitor display issues). Some of the seam edging is already ripped and fraying before taking it out of the package. The skirt and bodice aren't sewn in line, so when putting it on it looks like it twists around my body. Very disappointed in the price tag vs. actual quality of the product. The sweater that came with it was of very good quality and was worth its tag. Overall, everything I've ordered from them I've received. The actual fabric of everything has been good quality. The fabrication of the items and overall quality of the items vary so wildly, it's hard to know what will actually be worth its price tag.

Mar 04,2023I just ordered my second lot love the clothes size is perfect, only problem I have is the shipping being high but I guess that’s cause it’s from far away, though I wish there was an option for prices in AUD when I buy the price is usd so I don’t know the actual price I’m paying til I look it up or see how much I spent from my bank account

Mar 04,2023Avoid this site as a plague! 1. Shipping delay - it took them over 1 month to deliver the items I ordered 2. Terrible quality. The items were shipped from China and the same items sold there cost $10 but they sell on Modakawa.com for $70 and the quality is truly worth <$10 3. Disaster Return Policy- You have to ship the item to China and do it within 2 weeks after receiving your order. It's both costly and almost impossible. The company's reply is this and I quote: "Maybe you can think about giving it to your friend as a gift. Therefore, you do not need to waste money to return."

Modakawa is my number 1 favorite store out of all the stores. If there is a problem, then Modakawa will always respond back to your email and maybe give u a free gift or a better exchange. I never ever write a review before so this is my very first time. Modakawa is a very cute & trust worthy store! Thank you for the unlimited discount! :)

I've ordered from them twice now and the first order did have a defective items to which they only offered a partial refund as someone has already stated below. Due to the rest of the items I bought being good, I decided to purchase another batch and am currently still waiting for it to arrive. This batch is taking notably longer--almost a month now for it to arrive.

Mar 18,2023Worst experience ever. Adv misleading, proposing as the First image a full dress with a sweater but you were actually buying only One of those. As i have written to them, not even an excuse. Do not buy here. Also: i am 1.69 and size L Is super tiny 😪. Impossible to have the refund.
