Dec 25,2019Endlich mal eine Seite der man vertrauen kann :D Super Kleidung, relativ schneller problemloser Versand. Kleidung immer ein bis zwei nummern größer kaufen, und die Farben variieren leicht, aber ansonsten passt alles :) Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Dec 23,2019I have bought great quality sweatshirt. I expected some thin material, which won't stay together for too long (experience with other websites) and surprisingly it's the softest yet thick material, which is warming me through cold winter. I won't ever regret buying it. Thanks modakawa.

Dec 10,2019An awesome site, I ordered two items from France which came after around one month, I waited a little more than I expected but my worries weren't long. Both items arrived in perfect quality, might need to sew on better some little details like the buttons and such, but overall great textiles, not many loose threads and the zippers aren't hard to zip or getting stuck in the fabric. Will order again! (人´∀｀)．☆．。．:*･°

Dec 05,2019I have sent them all kinds of correspondence trying to find out the status of my order because the money has been taken out of my account. I have left them 2 emails, left posts on their Facebook page, sent them a message through messenger and tweeted to them. No one has responded. I ordered something on 11/15 they took my money out on 11/18 and I received an email saying they had sent the info to the courier and I should receive another email by 1 day saying it have been shipped. I never received the email. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I just wish they would correspond with me. I’m out $79 and still have to buy another gift for my granddaughter. Buyer beware!!

Nov 28,2019Both my working and home address were deemed "invalid" and hence I wasn't able to get the products I wanted. These addresses receive mail from all over the world without any trouble, still Modakawa was not able to send it there and the only explanation was "it's invalid". Also the way that I received information about my purchase wasn't that good. My home address was accepted at first and I got a notification that my order was ready for shipping. Two weeks later I suddenly get a confirmation mail that I successfully got my money back - without any explanation why. I had to write to Modakawa myself in order to find out that I won't get my order because the address was again not accepted.

Nov 22,2019The quality of the clothes isn't bad, although it barely fit me. Shipping isn't late, got my order after two weeks, and you can track the order as well. The website is trustworthy, however it might be a bit pricy for the fabric quality.

Nov 14,2019Bei mir verlief alles reibungslos und ich würde auch nochmal von Modakawa bestellen. Nur das Tracking meines Pakets schien am Ende ein kleines Problem zu haben, da das letzte Update kam, als es schon angekommen war. Trotzdem ist alles im vorgegebenen Zeitraum bei mir da gewesen. Insgesamt bin ich jedoch sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten, da sie eine sehr gute Qualität haben und kein Stück von den Bildern abweichen.

Nov 07,2019I liked the experience, all items arrived, I didn’t have to wait for too long, and I even got a pair of socks for free. There is a light smell but I’m sure it will faint after washing them. I would definitely recommend!

Dec 26,2019We ordered 2 items for my step daughter from this site and the tracking number doesn’t work nor are there any updates on shipping or when the gifts can be expected. The money out of my bank account on December 20th and yet we have nothing to show for it! How can you run a company that ships items via usps without an accurate usps tracking number? You don’t..that’s how! Clearly you are a fraudulent company and I will be contacting my bank and BBB if I don’t receive an accurate tracking number by the end of the business day!
