Dec 07,2024I clearly made a mistake ordering from this company. The site states that the order processing time will be up to 7 business days. It has now been 10 business days. The item has not been processed and shipped. I sent an email asking for an update yesterday. 24 hours has passed and I received no reply back at all. I sent a message via WhatsApp. I will give it today. If there is no reply, I will have to go through the credit card company for a refund. I am not impressed.

Nov 20,2024Metto una stella, xchè zero non ce ne sono. Prodotto a dir poco scadente, di plastica, mal cucito. Orribile. Ho provato a richiedere il reso e con la scusa dell'invio onerorissimo in Canada, ho dovuto accettare un loro vergognoso rimborso di €. 6,39 su una spesa complessiva si €. 41,90. Compro spesso su internet, ma non mi era mai capitata un cosa del genere su un sito che partiva con delle buone recensioni. Si dovrebbero vergognare!! Inoltre ho appena finito di leggere la risposta alla mia recensione. Io ho già mandato foto e motivo della richiesta di reso ed invece di indicarmi qualche altra soluzione, mi hanno subito proposto il vergognoso rimborso dati gli alti oneri di spedizione. Nessuna indicazione su una sostituzione o un controllo qualità.

Oct 18,2024Waited around 2 weeks for order to be sent, and around a week to get it, but all good. Size is accurate, quality good, not defective - overall happy! Material is really soft, even thought not thick enough to wear just by itself in the winter - probably better with a T-shirt underneath. Probably will buy again on Modakawa

Oct 16,2024A fuir. La commande passée n'apparait pas dans le compte client, pas de mail de confirmation ni de suivi de commande. Au bout de presque 2 semaines sans rien recevoir, j'ai donc pensé que la commande n'avait pas fonctionné. J'en passe une nouvelle et pas de chance pour moi je m'aperçois que je suis facturée pour les deux. Visiblement la première aurait marché sans que je puisse le savoir. Une fois le service client contacté, ils n'assument absolument pas le mauvais fonctionnement de leur site. J'ai maigrement obtenu le remboursement de la moitié de la commande sans les frais de port après un nombre énorme d'échanges par mail. Sinon, on me propose de renvoyer le colis à mes frais pour récupérer une misère vu le montant des frais de port pour le renvoi en Chine. Jamais vu un service client pareil.

Sep 23,2024La qualità dei prodotti è la stessa di siti cinesi come Shein e simili. I prodotti costano tre volte tanto però e, nonostante dalle foto sembrino super cute vi assicuro che, almeno per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, non sono nulla a che vedrrr con ciò che mostrano in foto. Inoltre non sono disposti ad accettare recensioni negative su Instagram, tant è che li cancellano. Questo è il motivo per cui sono venuta a commentare anche qui.
