Nov 01,2024I invited a friend to my country and my country asked a health insurance for the visa. So I bought a health insurance for the whole period of stay. Unfortunately my friend got sick and needed immediate help (else she would have died, according to the doctor). Before registering at the emergency department of the hospital, I reconfirmed with mondialcare hotline, that I am following the procedure to assure the treatment is covered. I was confirmed that there is no need to worry, but asked to confirm with mondialcare before regular (non emergency) treatment starts. So I did. Now, after treatment, mondialcare refuses to pay a dime, rendering both their insurance as well as their promise by phone useless and worthless. I am deeply disappointed. It means without me helping my friend, she would have just been let to die without medical coverage by Mondialcare. edit: After reading the reply, what bothers me the most is the following: 1. lies - i was told not to worry when calling to ensure the treatment is covered. 2. contract - i paid for coverage for a certain amount of days. why should i wait for coverage in the period i paid for? This company is pure fraud!

Oct 15,2024Suite a mes recherches sur la web pour un contrat Schengen de 3 mois ,,Mondial Care - Souscrit en 15 mn - Suite a des Complications pour la prise de RDV pour l'obtention de visa dans le pays concerne - Certificat d'hébergement avec les mêmes dates pas le choix de revoir les dates ,donc 1er changement de dates , avec nouveaux certificat d'hébergement - Prise de contact dans l'heure régler (Merci ) 2eme tentative de prise de rdv pour visa ,, après 4 mois toujours rien pas rdv - Finalement RDV arnaque (surfacturation) annuler - rappelle avec Mondiale care via whatsApp - Explication de la situation en 5 mn ,, écoute avec compréhension et empathie ,,offre proposer , nouvelle date ,,Merci
