Jan 07,2025Die Transaktion war sehr einfach und schnell. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt war transparent ersichtlich, welcher Schritt der Transaktion erfolgte. Binnen 24h war das Geld am Empfangsort abholbereit (trotz weltweitem Feiertag). Die Abholung erfolgte auch problemlos und es wurden auch keine zusätzlichen Kosten geltend gemacht. Ein kleiner Mangel war, dass unklar war, an welcher Stelle man die Angaben des Senders und die Angaben des Empfängers im Transaktionsprozess angeben musste. Zudem hatte ich auch keine Informationen, dass der Empfänger neben der Referenznummer und dem Namen des Senders auch noch weitere Informationen über den Sender benötigt.

Jan 07,2025I was unable to transfer money. The only was to contact MoneyGram is via either an automated chat line- no help for me- or fill in a contact form. I did get one reply but it did not help. I replied and said this. I tried to transfer money at least 8 times- it was only £65 to the same person but every time it was unsuccessful but I did not know why. Very frustrating as the person I was trying to g to send the money too was desperate.
