Jan 02,2025I like it because I can send online, and get discount. I don't like the changes about reasons why I'm sending. And whom I'm sending for etc...I just thought that is private or personal matters. Also changes about name of bank and account numbers. Some of them do not have account numbers, because they only picked up money through remittances. Like cebuana or Llhuieler? Lucky some of them went through without filling out bank info. But one of my receiver did not get it. I had to go to the store and sent it without bank info. By the way, she was told by the teller that there is no account number to give. Thank you very much...

Dec 31,2024Ik heb in october 200 euro gestuurd naar iemand, moneygram heeft het geweigerd, en het geld is niet automatisch terug gestord. Sindsdien ben ik elke dag bezig om moneygram te contacten om me geld terug te krijgen. Ze reageren met copy paste reacties terug. Heel slecht dit! Onbegrijpelijk dat ze geen ombudsman hebben in nederland

Dec 31,2024Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder MoneyGram! Ich habe kürzlich versucht, Geld über MoneyGram zu senden, da mir gesagt wurde, dass die Überweisung sofort erfolgt. Nachdem ich die Zahlung bestätigt hatte, bekam ich jedoch die Nachricht, dass die Transaktion noch geprüft werden muss. Dies könne bis zu 4 Werktagen dauern. Wenn man sich dann für eine Stornierung entscheidet, wird das Geld angeblich erst in 15 Tagen zurückerstattet – völlig inakzeptabel! Die versprochene schnelle Abwicklung ist ein schlechter Scherz. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr mit MoneyGram arbeiten und kann diesen Service absolut nicht empfehlen!

Dec 30,2024J'ai envoyé le 24 décembre de l'argent à mon fils qui habite Chatou. À Chatou résident des gens aisés mais aussi des pauvres. Malade, juste le RSA, je pensais que Moneygram serait un service plus rapide que l'envoi d'un chèque. Erreur ! Le moneygram de Chatou, 45 rue Auguste Renoir, n'a pas assez de liquidité. RIEN reçu. On a eu le culot de lui dire qu'il a jusqu'à 30 jours. Moneygram perçoit l'argent envoyé par l'expéditeur mais mais ne le restitue pas au destinataire. C'est malhonnête ! À ce jour toujours RIEN reçu, ni pour Noël, ni pour le nouvel an.

Dec 30,2024If your transfer is cancel due to any reason. Moneygram will not refund your money.They say that money will be refunded in 10 days but you will not get any refund in 10 days. Your money might be refunded if you call them again and again and request for your refund and keep sending emails, as a result they will not give you refund but definitely every time they will give you case # which is a lollipop for you.

Dec 29,2024Como podréis observar, la respuesta que remiten siempre es la misma pero el dinero se lo quedan y no lo devuelven, más de un mes esperando y dando largas y siempre la misma respuesta.Así que os recomiendo, no utilizar este medio de transferencia. Así que dudo mucho de las opiniones favorables que están emitidas.
