They were incredible to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough. They made the process so easy and answered all our questions - even those that actually had nothing to do with their role! I honestly don't think we would have managed without them. They are the absolute best!

Dec 06,2022It’s great that John is local, knows the area and the market and is an ex Bank employee himself so has a great deal of expertise in this area. We juggled selling, buying and a simultaneous settlement all in a falling market so had to move quickly. John was all over it and we got our finance approval really quickly and everything went through without any issues. We highly recommend John, and will most certainly be keeping in touch.

Nov 13,2022I had been meaning to refinance my home loan years ago but I dreaded it knowing what was involved but John made the process easy for me! My previous homeloan was a bit convulated so I wanted to streamline the process to make it simpler. John explained things to me in a way i was able to understand (not everyone knows broker lingo!). He kept me up to date every step of the way and cheered along with me when the process was finally complete! Very happy with the service. Thanks John!

I had my heart set on another business but my husband insisted we speak to John – he’d previously had a great first experience. When we had our first meeting , I quickly realised he not only had a wealth of industry knowledge, but he was genuine and had our best interests at heart (he wasn’t trying to sell us anything for the sake of numbers). Jul 15,2022If I could give more than 5 stars for the recent experience I had with John from Money Jar Concept, I would 1000%! As a first time home owner, John was an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. His patience in explaining the process, advising the next steps and answering my novice questions was so appreciated. Having had such a dismal experience with the property developer and conveyancer (who I would highly NOT recommend), John from Money Jar Concept (on the other hand) I would HIGHLY recommend. John definitely helped decrease the stress levels this process brought on. John was extremely responsive, and I did not have to wait days for a response and never once did I have to send him a follow up email! John was always on the ball and super quick to respond, what seemed to be 24/7 (what service!). With the urgency of my home loan, John went above and beyond in helping get this through. I was so grateful for all the unprompted updates I received from John and the kind check-ins. I would recommend John, time and time again, to anyone who is looking for a finance broker. John and I had chatted a few years earlier when we were considering buying a house just after I was made redundant. Some great advice then and so we went back to him this time. He took the hard work out of finding the right loan. John and his team submitted all our documents and worked with our conveyancer so that everything went smoothly. John explains things in simple ways so we understood. And he was so responsive to our questions! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Feb 22,2022John is an incredible broker who put in every effort to find the best lender for our situation. My partner and I have unique employment situations that the bigger banks would not consider. Luckily a friend of mine told us about John and everything became instantly easier. He took the time to explain the process and simplify information into plain english which we definitely needed as first home buyers. Getting a mortgage felt unknown and a bit scary at times, but once John was in the picture it became something we understood and felt confident proceeding with (with many laughs along the way). During that time we had a second child and a pandemic start so we held off buying for a year or so. John always stayed in contact with us during that time and checked in on us regularly. We were finally able to purchase our first home at the end of 2021 and moved in last week. John was with us every step of the way and guided us skillfully through all the hoops and hurdles. John is amazingly professional and critical with punctuation, he really went above and beyond the call of duty when it come to helping me get me home loan. Always willing to answer the phone and have a chat with queries that I had even know it was after hours sometimes. He helped me push my loan through in an ungodly short period of time and always had my back chasing up documents and paperwork that I needed and contacts that I needed if I didn't already have them. All in all john is a Beast of a mortgage broker and I would 100% recommended him to anybody that i knew who needed one. 10/10 Truly

Dec 15,2021Applying for a home loan was the easiest part of our first home buying experience, thanks to having John as our mortgage broker. He was always happy to explain each part of the process and answer our questions. We experienced some hurdles and delays during the settlement period (unrelated to the home loan), and John was great at maintaining communication with us and also our conveyancer throughout this period, to help keep things moving forward. We are happy that we chose John as our broker for this experience.
