Aug 20,2021We have been working with John for the last 9 months or so and his enthusiasm is hard to beat. Whilst we did have one hiccup with one of us being on WorkCover at the time, we were able to work through it and are moving into our new place this week. No question was too hard, and he did his best in, at times, very difficult circumstances to ensure the right outcome for us as his clients. I would recommend John for all your broker needs.

Jun 12,2021The whole loan process with John from identifying current financial situation to desired loan amount, planning and documenting loan options are very clear and thorough. John is super responsive with high knowledge on loan products and his advice helped us pick the loan that suitable and has a high chance of approval for our self-employed circumstance. Even when we had the hiccup from the bank side on our settlement day, John was calm and quickly helped us to resolve the problem in a timely manner to help the settlement went through. Wanting to support local, we engaged Money Jar Concept to assist with securing a SMSF loan to purchase our first commercial property. John Ng really surprised us! Jan 18,2021John came highly recommended by a friend because I needed advice about the best way forward to purchase a new car. John was at all times patient and clear Even though he earned nothing from my final decision (mortgage redraw), he was happy to put this on the table with the other loan options, and even affirm it. My benchmark for a good financial advisor of any kind is that I don't put down the phone with my head spinning; rather, that I feel empowered about my finances and peace of mind about big decisions. Jan 05,2021John provided an exceptional service for my refinance. From the start, he goes through all the due diligence with regards to refinancing; switching costs, his fees, etc. He took a lot of care in ensuring that my income level can service my loan. He had also made suggestions to different loan structure, something that I didn't think of which worked out to be better in the long run. I never felt pressured to sign on to any specific product; the choice was always mine to make. He was patient with my queries, and also quick in responding. During the refinance, we had some delays due to the bank not being ready in time. John kept me informed throughout the entire process. John is transparent, upfront and very approachable. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone seeking a new loan, or refinancing. He also does other types of loans (car, business, etc) that is worth checking out too, if you are in search for such loans.

He was informative, friendly, easy to talk to and made the application process so much easier! He made stressful situations where we would have had no idea what to do, so much easier to handle. He was always up for a chat (within reason, of course). Had we applied directly, it would have been a longer and more difficult process. We definitely recommend John to anyone seeking a broker!

Thankfully John was there to answer all of our many questions and explain things in easy to understand terms which helped take the stress out of our first home loan. John gave us a few options that best suited our financial situation and was on hand to walk us through the process. He answered every question we had patiently and gave us regular updates. John was very patient with all our questions and helped us through every step of the way. There is no way we would have been able to purchase our dream home during a lockdown in a pandemic without him. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a broker.
